We stand behind every Eclatte piece. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
⚠ Important — Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the moment they open the package. Returns or exchange requests will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video as proof. No exceptions.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Wrong size or wrong item was delivered
Returns for any other reason — including change of mind, dislike of fit, or colour preference — are not accepted. All sales are final unless the above conditions are met.
Return Conditions
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory — no video, no return
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return
Exchange Policy
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. However, the customer is responsible for all logistics costs — both return shipping to us and re-delivery of the exchanged item.
An unboxing video is still required to initiate an exchange request. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit.
