We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges work at Eclatte.
⚠ Unboxing Video Required
A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the package is mandatory for all exchange requests. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be processed. No exceptions.
When Can You Exchange?
Exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong size
- You received a wrong or incorrect item
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
Exchanges due to change of mind, dislike of fit, or colour preference are not accepted.
Exchange Fees

💡 If the issue is on our end, we handle everything at no cost to you.
Exchange Conditions
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory — no video, no exchange
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Out of Stock?
If your requested size or item is out of stock at the time of exchange, we will issue store credit equivalent to the order value, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
